Inspired by his generosity and attention to detail, I carry forward his vision, crafting desserts that bring people together to create lasting memories.
As a baker of Caribbean descent, my heritage shines through in everything I do. From the rich traditions of my family’s West Indian roots to my focus on natural, high-quality ingredients, I aim to blend nostalgia with innovation. Whether it’s a perfectly moist vanilla bean cupcake or a cookie-studded cookies and cream cake, every treat is crafted with care, using ingredients like Demerara cane sugar, vanilla bean paste from Madagascar, and vegan-friendly alternatives.
